These terms and conditions apply to the 4 Crickex platform (www.4crickex.ws) and all associated services. 4 Crickex is an internationally licensed online gaming and cricket betting platform serving Bangladesh and users across the globe.

By registering with or using any service on 4 Crickex, you confirm that:

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 4 Crickex support immediately.

4 Crickex supports over 12 Bangladeshi payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL. All transactions can be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. 4 Crickex reserves the right to verify transactions to prevent fraud. Suspicious transactions may be held, and withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

4 Crickex offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms, detailed on the bonus page. General bonus conditions that apply across all offers are listed below:

• Daily Cashback: Get 5% cashback on your net daily losses. No wagering requirements.
• Free Spins: Limited free spins on selected games, typically valid for 7 days.
• Referral Bonus: Earn up to ৳200 bonus for every successful referral.

4 Crickex reserves the right to cancel bonuses and investigate accounts where bonus abuse is suspected. Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is strictly prohibited. All bonuses must be used before their expiry date.

All Sports Betting and casino gaming on 4 Crickex — including cricket betting — operates under specific rules. The key betting rules are as follows:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 4 Crickex is not liable for bets voided due to connection issues during live betting.
• Bets will be voided and refunded if a match is cancelled or suspended.
• Bets recorded due to odds errors may be voided following a review.
• Any bet associated with suspected match fixing or unusual betting patterns will be subject to investigation.

If a software error causes an incorrect payout to be displayed in a casino game, 4 Crickex reserves the right to determine and pay the correct amount. The game provider's rules apply equally.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4 Crickex platform. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Registering with false or incorrect identity information.
• Strategic betting to exploit bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
• Accessing or taking control of another user's account.
• Hacking, cracking, or using unauthorised software on the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transactions.
• Harassment or abusive behaviour toward other users.
• Assisting minors under 18 in creating an account.

4 Crickex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without cause. Action is typically taken in the following circumstances:

• Upon evidence of a breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If you wish to close your account at your own request.
• Upon self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.

Before an account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw real funds (excluding bonuses), unless forfeiture has been determined due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may be deducted from inactive accounts after 6 months.
